2021 has been a tough year for many people, in fact statistics have shown, you have been performing worse off financially this year than in 2020 since the constant restrictions and government control really does take its toll mentally!
Remember it is all about #mindsetbeforemoney approach.
If you stayed the “same” in 2021 by earning the same salary, business revenue… you were already losing.
WHY?
Because the costs of goods have been going up this year from your food shopping, your fuel, the clothes you buy, to the coffee shop visit and restaurants!
This is called inflation and there was an overall increase of 6.8% this year which means that if you were content staying the same this year, you were already poorer.
But not to worry, let’s focus on getting that spark back for 2022 and to avoid the negative financial impacts of the up-and-coming 2022 bank announcements (trust me there will be some).
Let me teach you how I personally set my financial and personal goals since 2004 and have successfully navigated through the financial crash in 2008 till the 2020 pandemic onwards and never had a “bad” financial year.
I want to tell you exactly how I do it – warning, it will involve me teaching you global economics and some financial literacy “must knows”.
The goal setting process I will teach you however is evergreen and you can use it for the rest of your life, I do still today and never plan to stop.
I started using this process in 2004 initially after mastering neuroscience (I am a medically trained nerd before I became an investor).
I layered it with further financial literacy skills thereafter so that every year I look back and am super proud of my growth in both financial and personal areas.
